Healing – Why we often miss it

The healing series – Why we often miss it by Pastor Christian Nwobu has been a huge blessing in my walk with God. Pastor Christian has a faith that baffles the mind of this Christian, showing the underdevelopment of my own faith. I thank God that this man has come across my life as a teacher. Here is his teachings on Healing – Why we often miss it. I pray it blesses you, in Jesus name, amen. –

Witnessing a Football Game

Contradictions and Half Truths

Recently a brother in Christ and I went to a football game. On the way home, we began to discuss the view of the Bible that we have heard from unbelievers. We have both heard many times from unbelievers that the Word of God is full of contradictions and half truths. As we discussed the writings, we had an idea –

Blind Step of Faith

step of faith

During my journey with the Lord, I have witnessed believers guide me and other members of the Body to take a blind step of faith in situations where God’s will is unknown. This is what I call a blind faith. I would like to give my own guidance on this topic because I see a great error in the use of the statement “Step of Faith.” Please, I covet additional insight on this topic as well (Updated: The Lord has taught me more on this topic. Please see the new post, Walking in Faith) –

Keep It Simple Servant

Keep It Simple Servant – Boy, do I over complicate things. Faith and obedience, it’s really that simple, servant!

Obedience as a servant takes action – Moses, strike the Nile with your rod. Raise your rod Moses. Strike the rock with your rod Moses. March around Jericho 7 times and shout. Lepers, go show the priest you are healed. Pick up your mat and walk. Keep it simple servant – Have faith and choose God (servant), hear His word, then take an action in obedience. Simple enough, right? It only gets complicated after my ideas start to get involved. I end up trying to figure things out myself (Proverbs 3:5-8). When I do this, I have walked right into the war zone, Spirit vs Flesh. Keep it Simple Servant –

What are you and God working out?

I always say something like this to friends while I keep involving myself in a struggle with God: “Ya, I’m struggling with this, but God is working with me on it. We are working it out.”

The other day, this all changed. A Pastor said: “What exactly is it that you’re working out with God? He has already worked it out.” After dwelling on this, something serious was revealed –
