Apparently the Lord is on a new teaching this week for me. I have received 3 confirmations to my request: “reveal any hidden wickedness in me.” A month or so ago, He revealed that money and worry of money is a focus in my life. Since then, I’ve been getting bits and pieces of recognition of it in my life. It’s been on my mind and conviction is starting to settle in.
The Lord provides for the poor, the homeless, for the birds, for the lilies of the field, the bees, His churches/ministries, the grass in the field, etc. and here I am.. worrying about money, finances, etc. Lord, I believe, help me with my unbelief. Here is a very good lesson and a testimony that I received from a homeless man. First, the 3 confirmations –
For anyone following what the Lord was teaching me over the last week, along with a testimony or 2, you’ll see how today’s sermon at church was the Lord slam dunking the teaching home. Just wow… God is so amazing… the Lord surely Provides.
If you haven’t followed, I recommend checking out Unity and Oneness with God and the testimony about Jesus being the Doorway, starting off with this one: Testimony – Jesus is the Door –
Thank you Lord, I love you too.
Here is a revelation/testimony/teaching from the Lord: Over the past couple of months, I have been drawn repeatedly to fast, and have given half-hearted efforts. It has been on my mind a couple of times a week for a while now. As recent as this week, I gave another half-hearted effort.
Then, also, over the past month, He’s giving signs pertaining to the Sabbath. A sister in-Christ started talking about it a month or so ago. She’s a Messianic Jew and we talked about it a couple of times. Then our Wednesday night service at church started to discuss the topic a week or 2 later.
Both the Sabbath and Fasting have been tugging at my heart. As He does so well, He brought it all together for me tonight –
Last week, I found this website: A Boomer in the Pew. After reading his about information, I noticed that we are both on very similar journeys, and blogging about it. Very cool. He’s also from Michigan. Instantly, the Spirit felt drawn to this man’s blog.. a sense of unity/oneness.
I pray for God’s will to be done and evident in this spiritual connection. It is of God because a) my soul felt the spirit move when I was on his site and b) confirmation: this morning, I wrote on my FB: give me a heart to receive and eyes to see.. – minutes later I get an email and on his blog this morning: Father, give us eyes to see, and hearts to understand.
This is of God. How do I know? Because I love God and this man loves God.. It is written:
Romans 8:24-28 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Praise God. I’m looking forward to edification and fellowship with this connection. I do not believe in coincidences (well, if I fully understand the term “coincidence” and see it is derived from the word “coincide”, which basically means unity/oneness – then in this sense, yes, I believe in coincidences.. haha)
Eyes to see are on, ears to hear are opened up and a heart of obedience is upon me.. Thank you Lord for answered prayers.
Praise God that He continues to persevere and have patience with me. Praise Him for His never ending love. Blessed be the Lord Jesus. Thank you Lord.. Thank you for sacrificing yourself for my sins. I love you too. Read more…
With a great battle going on for our souls, it sometimes can be difficult to be caught in the middle of the Spiritual warfare that is going on without having knowledge of the war. We cannot assist the Lord in winning our souls without knowledge. I pray that this message speaks to someone, somewhere, someday.. God bless you and yours. Read more…

Knowing God’s Will – Insight from George Müller
When it came to knowing God’s will, George Müller (1805-1898), an

gifted. A man of faith and prayer, Müller established orphanages in
Bristol and founded the Scriptural Knowledge Institution for Home and
Abroad. The following are wonderful excerpts from one of his essays. Read more…
