(Updated) These images really put things into perspective. This is where my friend Jim came in and really opened up my internal eyes to the realities in life, which ended in an understanding of the Ultimate Choice. It’s pretty self-explanatory: Read more…
Thought
I hope these next few postings pertaining to my self-growth will help someone that may need a little guidance. This is something that most people probably go through? I figured I’d document my growth, in hopes that it may help someone out there. I have restructured my blog so that deeper understandings are posted after this one. Read more…

Wisdom and Choice
Choose wisely students of life! “Learn the lesson or retake the course, it’s that simple.” – Nate Elarton
Wisdom and Choice – We desire to grow in understanding life, but our mind’s eye needs new glasses – the scales need to be removed. I urge any seekers of truth to be watchful, pray, take your time, do not trust yourself, and examine everything. When I say do not trust yourself, I say it for very good reason. Allow me to explain –
Ultimate Choice is Jesus
I give glory to God for all gained wisdom/knowledge. In my earlier walk, I talk as if I have discovered. In the end, it is God that has done this work
within me. See, as I was an early Christian, I thought a lot about me, my abilities, etc. As I continue to mature, the more I see that it has been God Almighty loving me, molding me, helping me, guiding me, teaching me, etc. Praise God. So as some of my older postings show, I have young understanding of what the Lord was doing. Now, I know, it was always Him.
I’ve been thinking a lot about this so I decided to go ahead and write this piece. Read more…

Justification of thought
I give glory to God for all gained knowledge. Earlier in my walk, I always talked about things I have discovered, done, etc. Or things that people have shown me. Now when I look back at some of my earlier posts, it was God doing it all along. “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one
can boast.” Praise the Lord. Read more…
Spirit vs Flesh
Glory to God for His word..
“That which is born of the flesh is flesh. And that which is born of the Spirit is spirit”– John 3:6. It comes by birth as generated by a fallen begetter. Concerning this Flesh, we are told: it “cannot please God.” (Rom. 8:8);it “profiteth nothing:” (John 6:63); there is in it “no good thing:” (Rom. 7:18).
This is a very good writing on the topic of Spirit versus flesh. It’s directly to the point and if you want to understand the nature of man, this is it! I suggest a slow read… dwell upon what the writer is saying.. It’s truth. Soak it in and let it speak to you. Enjoy!: http://www.bibleunderstanding.com/twonatures.htm
