Prayer works in God’s timing

Praise God, another one chalked up for the good Guy! Way to go God! Prayer works in His perfect timing. God is good, good, good, amen. Here’s a testimony of someone coming to Christ. Praise the Lord all ye saints of God.

A dear friend that I worked with for around 10 yrs called me tonight. I haven’t talked to this person since our working relationship ended 2yrs ago. “Guess what Joey, I just got baptized.” Hallelujah! Wow, truly amazing God! Praise the Lord!

Testimony – Bible Giveaway

Thank you Lord for another testimony of your grace and glory. In Christ, amen.

Around this time last year, the Lord blessed me with the resources and opportunity to purchase some bibles on the cheap. This was its own testimony. The website I ordered from had their price incorrectly marked, but they honored it. Then, they gave a discount for ministry and tossed in free shipping. Praise God. The lady said “You’ll never see these bibles this cheap again.” Ya right, I have a BIG God –

A Boomer in the Pew

Last week, I found this website: A Boomer in the Pew. After reading his about information, I noticed that we are both on very similar journeys, and blogging about it. Very cool. He’s also from Michigan. Instantly, the Spirit felt drawn to this man’s blog.. a sense of unity/oneness.

I pray for God’s will to be done and evident in this spiritual connection. It is of God because a) my soul felt the spirit move when I was on his site and b) confirmation: this morning, I wrote on my FB: give me a heart to receive and eyes to see..  – minutes later I get an email and on his blog this morning: Father, give us eyes to see, and hearts to understand.

This is of God. How do I know? Because I love God and this man loves God.. It is written:

Romans 8:24-28 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Praise God. I’m looking forward to edification and fellowship with this connection. I do not believe in coincidences (well, if I fully understand the term “coincidence” and see it is derived from the word “coincide”, which basically means unity/oneness – then in this sense, yes, I believe in coincidences.. haha)

Eyes to see are on, ears to hear are opened up and a heart of obedience is upon me.. Thank you Lord for answered prayers.

Testimony – Bibles

Here is another beautiful testimony from God, 2 of them about bibles.

A cpl months ago, I was seeking bible donations so I could use them in ministry work.  An old co-worker on facebook seen my request and emailed me a few weeks ago letting me know she picked up a cpl of bibles at a garage sale.  We worked it out for her to drop them off the next time she was going through Lansing.  Here we have the testimony of the bibles, enjoy! Praise God – Answered prayer at a cafe

Praise God! Another answered prayer at a cafe tonight.

So tonight, I’m meeting w/ this pastor that just got back from Germany and another brother in Christ.  We’re discussing an upcoming prayer meeting he is putting on at MSU (this Sat night).  We spent a lot of time praying over the meeting.  We went over Matthew 18:¹⁹ “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. ²⁰ For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” Read more…

Testimony – Obeying the Spirit

Here is a great testimony about how God works and blesses situations when we obey the Spirit. Last Sunday, I’m sitting in a restaurant studying..  and I can over hear a few tables over a conversation about God, scripture, etc.  I got done eating and started to get up to leave, and the Spirit said to go over and talk to them.  I felt pulled to them..  (love for the brethren).  My self said – naw, just get outta here.. got stuff to do.
